Oasis Real Estate is a boutique real estate investment firm focused on delivering superior risk adjusted returns for their investors by repurposing underperforming assets. It was founded by André Camilli and Alex Lepez to provide investors with access to carefully selected real estate deals that allow to capitalize on exceptional market opportunities. André and Alex have over 40 years of combined experience in Real Estate Investment and Development.
We identify market opportunities that result from the analysis of the debt cycle as well as macro and micro fundamentals such as demographics, supply and demand and dynamics of the construction industry.
Oasis Real Estate’s strength lies in the combination of real estate development and investment management expertise. We have deep knowledge of real estate developments from sourcing and underwriting to planning, development management and exit.
The investment opportunities are sourced off market or distressed and offered on a deal per deal basis via SPVs. Our investors are our partners, and we seek alignment of interests and values.

Asset repurposing is an intricate exercise that requires a hands-on assessment of every aspect of the transformation. Oasis Real Estate brings together a team that combines the experience and knowledge of ground-up property development, asset repurposing, design and engineering, and institutional investment management. The team has come together after knowing each other for many years.
Oasis Real Estate carefully selects properties for redevelopment and undertakes a rigorous due diligence on the location, its supply-and-demand for student accommodations and the asset’s potential for conversion. Its extensive network of agents, owners, architects, builders and surveyors ensures first class off market deal sourcing and best in class execution. We target projects of 200 to 300 beds.
